Tahini Choc-Chip Cookies
These cookies make the perfect combination to go with your mid-day or afternoon cuppa tea or coffee!
Ingredients
1 cup of spelt flour (or oat)
8g baking powder
2 cups of tahini
1tbsp melted coconut oil
2tbsp brown sugar
1 ripe banana
2tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped chocolate squares (or choc chips)
Method
Preheat the oven to 180ºC (or gas mark 6)
Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients and pour into dry mixture
Combine until getting a doughy mixture
For small balls and slightly press down to flatten
Place in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 8-10 minutes
